# Glossary

#### **This glossary defines the terms, concepts, and frameworks used across Wildflower Club. It exists so that every member, Culture Keeper, and contributor can speak with precision about the world we are building together.**

Language shapes experience. When we name something with care, we can see it more clearly, work with it more honestly, and share it without losing meaning in translation.

Terms evolve as the ecosystem evolves. This is a living reference, not a fixed dictionary.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**A**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Annual Rhythm**</mark>\
One of three commitment rhythms in Wildflower Club. A twelve-month membership cycle that spans all four Seasons and offers the deepest continuity of practice, community, and governance participation.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Archetype**</mark>\
One of five patterns describing how a member naturally moves through the world. Builder, Weaver, Alchemist, Tender, Sage. Each carries three sub-types. Archetypes are navigational tools, not fixed identities. They shift across life stages and contexts.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Assembly**</mark>\
A stewardship formation for democratic participation. Where the full membership convenes to deliberate, vote, and shape the direction of the cooperative. Distinct from Council (governance) and Circle (relational stewardship).

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**B**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Bloom**</mark>\
The fourth of five Stages within any Wildlands Domain. A member at Bloom has developed substantial capacity and begins contributing back to the ecosystem through Commons offerings, facilitation, or mentorship. Follows Stem. Precedes Canopy..

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Builder**</mark>\
One of five archetypes. Sub-types: Architect, Founder, Engineer. Builders create structures, systems, and containers. They move toward clarity, decisiveness, and tangible outcomes. Their shadow is building past the point of usefulness.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Badge**</mark>\
A visible marker of developmental progress. Earned through completing Pathways and Challenges within a Wildlands Domain. Badges are evidence of capacity, not participation. The most significant is Root Badge, which unlocks the full ecosystem after onboarding.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**C**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Calibration**</mark>\
The diagnostic instrument of Wildflower Club. Comes in two forms: Spark (public, lightweight) and Deep Dive (member, comprehensive). Both use the Compass framework to reveal developmental patterns across the four directions. Designed for quarterly use, producing a longitudinal record of growth over seasons.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Canopy**</mark>\
The fifth and deepest Stage within any Wildlands Domain. A member at Canopy holds mastery and stewardship responsibility. Canopy members shape the Domain itself through Commons creation, Culture Keeper service, and mentorship of members at earlier Stages.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Circle**</mark>\
The primary relational container of Wildflower Club. A facilitated group of members who meet regularly across seasons, building trust, vulnerability, and collective intelligence. Each of the eight Domains has a corresponding Universal Circle. Members may also form or join additional Circles. Facilitated by Culture Keepers.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**D**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Deep Dive**</mark>\
The comprehensive version of Wildflower Calibration, available to members. Maps developmental patterns across all four Compass directions and eight Domains. Produces a detailed profile used for personal navigation and quarterly recalibration. Distinct from Spark, which is public and lightweight.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Domain**</mark>\
One of eight territories of human experience that compose Wildlands. Soma (body), Psyche (mind), Kin (relationships), Craft (creative purpose), Matter (resources), Voice (expression), Civics (leadership), Mystery (the transcendent). Each Domain contains five Stages of developmental depth.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Direction**</mark>\
One of four orientations on the Compass that balance all development. North (Context), East (Skill), South (Insight), West (Connection). Every quest is mapped to at least one Direction. Balanced engagement across all four is what produces integrated growth rather than lopsided accumulation.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**E**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Ecosystem**</mark>\
The full living system of Wildflower Club: members, Circles, Pods, Culture Keepers, Councils, Commons, Wildlands, the Fund, governance structures, and the relationships between all of them. Used to distinguish the whole from any single part. Parent ecosystem: Collective Canopy.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Emergence**</mark>\
What happens when the architecture works well. Outcomes, connections, and innovations that no one designed but that the system produces through the interaction of its parts. Member-generated quests, organic Circle formation, and Commons growth are all examples of emergence in practice.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Evolutionary Coherence**</mark>\
The fourth axis of the Coherence Model. Measures whether the village honors its roots while continuing to grow. A community with strong Evolutionary Coherence learns from its history without being trapped by it. Pathology pattern when absent: The Amnesiac (no memory) or The Nostalgic (no forward motion).

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**F**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Fading Fire**</mark>\
The systemic condition Wildflower Club responds to. The disconnection between a woman's inner truth and her outer life. Not personal failure but design failure. Sustained by five narratives: extraction paradigm, performance culture, hyper-independence myth, wellness-as-consumption, and optimization culture.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Foundation Series**</mark>\
A 21-day introductory experience designed for new members. Available in two versions: Cohort (group-based, facilitated, scheduled) and Self-Paced (rolling entry, independent rhythm, weekly open sessions). Covers the basics of all eight Domains, introduces the Compass, and supports Pod formation.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Fund**</mark>\
[The Wildflower Fund.](broken://pages/8JLoA1wdVnkXmhNJJeOz) The single transparent financial structure through which all revenue flows. Six allocation categories: Operations (40%), Development (20%), Commons Pool (15% floor), Ecosystem (10%), Reserves (10%), Regenerative Fund (5%). Live dashboard. Quarterly reporting. Every member can see where the money goes.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**G**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Generative Spiral**</mark>\
A self-reinforcing growth dynamic within the ecosystem. Three spirals drive WFC: Engagement (practice builds capacity builds felt progress builds sustained engagement), Community (Circles build belonging builds trust builds vulnerability builds development), and Commons (development builds offerings builds richer Wildlands builds attraction). Replaced the term "flywheel," which was rejected as mechanical and extractive in connotation.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Governance**</mark>\
The decision-making architecture of the cooperative. Evolves in three phases: Phase 1 (steward-ownership by founding team), Phase 2 (Culture Keepers Council gains formal authority), Phase 3 (full cooperative, member-governed). Governance rights are connected to commitment rhythm and developmental progression.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Ground Cloth**</mark>\
A component of the Stillness Kit. A 70x70cm square of heavy organic linen in undyed flax, raw-edged. Placed beneath the cushion to define a dedicated practice space. Signals to the nervous system that this small territory is different from the rest of the room.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**H**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Harvest**</mark>\
The third of four Seasons in the Macro Rhythm. A period of gathering, integrating, and celebrating what has grown through Seeding and Tending. The village collects the outcomes of the season's practice and shares what emerged. Followed by Stillness.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Hub**</mark>\
The centralized knowledge and operations layer of Wildflower Club, hosted on GitBook at hub.wildflowerclub.org. Contains the Living Charter, Commons, Library, Program, Fund transparency, Club Ecosystem overview, and other reference material. Distinct from the community platform on Mighty Networks.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Honesty Over Comfort**</mark>\
The seventh of seven Charter Principles. When truthfulness and ease conflict, Wildflower Club chooses truth. Applies to feedback, governance, financial transparency, and the willingness to name what is not working. The principle that prevents the village from becoming a place where niceness replaces integrity.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**I**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Inner Coherence**</mark>\
The first and foundational axis of the Coherence Model. Measures whether a member is integrated across body, mind, and purpose. The inside-out principle: Inner Coherence must be present before Relational, Systemic, or Evolutionary Coherence can sustainably develop. Pathology pattern when absent: Burnout Machine.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Intervention Model**</mark>\
How the Journey Framework becomes lived experience. The bridge between architectural design and actual programs, quests, Circle sessions, and seasonal offerings. Defined in Living Charter Section 13. Not yet drafted.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Integration**</mark>\
The process by which practice becomes capacity. Distinct from learning (acquiring information) and doing (completing tasks). Integration happens when the body, mind, and relational field have absorbed an experience deeply enough that it changes how a member moves through the world. Cannot be rushed. Often requires Stillness.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**J**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Journey**</mark>\
A structured, bounded experience within the Wildflower Club ecosystem. Journeys have a clear beginning, duration, and completion point. Examples: Rooting (onboarding), Foundation Series (21-day introduction), Signature Retreat Malaga (five-day immersion). Distinct from ongoing engagement with Wildlands, which is open-ended and self-directed.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Journey Framework**</mark>\
The master architectural document governing how the WFC world is built and experienced. Thirteen sections covering core concepts, ontology, architecture, the living loop, data, game mechanics, narrative, instruments, onboarding, and operations. The structural blueprint beneath everything members encounter. Full table of contents in project knowledge files.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Journeys (Space)**</mark>\
A section within the Mighty Networks community platform where bounded structured experiences are accessed. Contains Rooting, Foundation Series (Self-Paced and Cohort), and Signature Retreats. One of the five primary spaces a member encounters in the ecosystem.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**K**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Kin**</mark>\
The third of eight Wildlands Domains. The territory of relationships: family, partnership, friendship, chosen community, ancestral connection, and the capacity to hold others without losing yourself. Kin practice develops relational intelligence, boundary clarity, and the ability to repair.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Kit**</mark>\

Comes in multiple forms: Universal (digital, all members), Physical (annual and partner rhythm), Seasonal Drops (quarterly additions), and Personal Collection (future). The Kit evolves with the journey, accumulating tools and artifacts that reflect where a member has been and what she carries forward.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Key Insight Callout**</mark>\
An interactive element within Living Charter sections. A visually distinct block that highlights a single critical idea the reader should not scroll past. Used sparingly: one to two per charter section. Part of the defined charter interactive elements system.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**L**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Living Charter**</mark>\
The foundational document of Wildflower Club. 36 sections organized in four arcs: Ground (origin, identity, philosophy), Architecture (ecosystem, strategy, journey, economy), Accountability (risk, governance, legal, communication), and Horizon (glossary, resources, change log). A living document that evolves through a defined protocol, not a static constitution. Replaced "Seed Charter" as the primary term. Both will coexist once complete.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Living Intelligence System**</mark>\
The multi-layered learning architecture governing how WFC updates its understanding of what works and what does not. Operates at three levels: single-loop (are activities producing outputs?), double-loop (are strategies valid?), triple-loop (are we asking the right questions?). Replaced the earlier term "Adaptive Learning System."

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Living Loop**</mark>\
The self-regulating feedback system at the heart of WFC operations. Three dimensions: Foundation (what we have), Rhythm (what we do), Field (what emerges). Foundation enables Rhythm. Rhythm generates Field. Field informs Foundation. The continuous cycle that keeps the world alive and adaptive. Defined in Journey Framework Section 5.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**M**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Macro Rhythm**</mark>\
The first of three architectural layers. The temporal structure of the WFC world. Four Seasons (Seeding, Tending, Harvest, Stillness) provide the shared pulse that synchronizes the village. The community breathes together. Individual practice is sovereign. Timing is collective.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Matter**</mark>\
The fifth of eight Wildlands Domains. The territory of resources, economy, material life, and the relationship between financial reality and personal sovereignty. Matter practice develops economic literacy, resource stewardship, and the capacity to build a life that sustains rather than depletes.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Mystery**</mark>\
The eighth of eight Wildlands Domains. The territory beyond language: the transcendent, the unknown, the numinous, the questions that practice raises but cannot answer. Mystery is where the framework meets its own edges. Not spirituality prescribed but the honest acknowledgment that a sovereign life includes encounters with what cannot be mapped.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**N**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Nectar**</mark>\
The primary value token within the WFC economy. Earned through practice, contribution, and participation. Nectar circulates through the ecosystem rather than accumulating at the top. Part of the regenerative value flow that distinguishes WFC's economic design from extractive models.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Node**</mark>\
A transition point within or between Seasons. Solstices, Equinoxes, and Drops mark the punctuation of time in the Macro Rhythm. Nodes are moments where the village pauses collectively to mark what is ending and what is beginning. Both functional (programming shifts) and symbolic (ritual significance).

<mark style="color:$primary;">**North**</mark>\
The first of four Compass directions. Represents Context: theory, frameworks, models, and the wider landscape of understanding. North-heavy development produces knowledge without embodiment. Balanced with East (Skill), South (Insight), and West (Connection) to create integrated growth.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**O**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**One Depth, Many Doors**</mark>\
A structural principle governing how WFC communicates complexity. Every important idea has one level of depth but multiple entry points depending on who is engaging. A new member, a Culture Keeper, and a governance steward each encounter the same truth through different doors. Applied to the Living Charter, the Theory of Change, and the Journey Framework. Replaced the earlier term "Legibility Architecture."

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Onboarding**</mark>\
See Rooting. The member's first structured contact with the WFC world. Designed as the opening act of the Journey, not a separate administrative process. Follows the game design principle: teach by doing, not by showing. Covered in Journey Framework Section 10.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Optimal-to-Plausible**</mark>\
The quest design methodology used across Wildlands. Every quest is designed from the optimal version (what would produce the deepest developmental outcome) and then adjusted to the plausible version (what a real member can actually complete given time, energy, and life constraints). The gap between optimal and plausible is navigated, not eliminated.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**P**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Pathway**</mark>\
A sequential learning track within a Stage of a Wildlands Domain. Pathways structure the route to specific competencies. A Domain may contain multiple Pathways at each Stage. Completing a Pathway and its associated Challenge is how a member progresses to the next Stage. Distinct from Journey, which is a bounded experience outside Wildlands.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Pod**</mark>\
The smallest unit of social architecture. Four types: Sharing Pod (3-5 members, mutual accountability), Circle Pod (operational team of a Circle), Project Pod (temporary, organized around a deliverable), Steward Pod (governance coordination). Pods form organically through Foundation Series, Circle participation, or shared interest.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Practice Over Theory**</mark>\
The third of seven Charter Principles. When understanding and doing compete for time and attention, Wildflower Club chooses doing. The body learns before the mind understands. Insight follows action, not the reverse. This principle shapes quest design, onboarding, and the entire Wildlands architecture.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Psyche**</mark>\
The second of eight Wildlands Domains. The territory of mind: emotional intelligence, mental patterns, inner narrative, psychological resilience, and the capacity to witness one's own thought without being captured by it. Psyche practice develops self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to hold complexity.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Pulse**</mark>\
A section within the community platform and the Hub where the village's current state is visible. Contains what is new, what is being proposed, and what is coming next. Seasonal updates, roadmap, and member proposals live here. Pulse is how the village governs itself transparently.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**Q**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Quest**</mark>\
The atomic unit of engagement in Wildlands. A bounded, completable experience that produces a tangible outcome in a member's actual life. Quests are mapped to Domains, Stages, and Compass directions. Designed using the Optimal-to-Plausible method. Types include practice quests, reflection quests, relational quests, and contribution quests. Completing quests within a Pathway drives Stage progression.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Quest Card**</mark>\
The interface for individual quest engagement. Contains the quest description, step sequence, Compass direction, Domain and Stage placement, estimated duration, and completion tracking. Available in digital format within the community platform. Physical format planned for future development.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Quarterly Recalibration**</mark>\
The recommended rhythm for retaking Wildflower Calibration (Deep Dive). Aligned with seasonal transitions. Each recalibration adds to the member's longitudinal Compass record, producing the most powerful developmental mirror: not where she stands today but the pattern of how she has moved across seasons.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**R**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Regenerative Fund**</mark>\
The sixth allocation category within the Wildflower Fund, receiving 5% of all revenue. Dedicated to initiatives that extend WFC's impact beyond the membership: scholarships, community partnerships, open-source contributions, and ecosystem-level investments that would not be funded by operational budgets alone.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Relational Coherence**</mark>\
The second axis of the Coherence Model. Measures whether the community is connected across boundaries: between archetypes, life stages, Circles, commitment rhythms, and roles. Strong Relational Coherence means diversity produces richness rather than fragmentation. Pathology pattern when absent: Aligned Silos.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Rooting**</mark>\
The onboarding experience for new members. A gamified orientation designed to teach the world by entering it: complete a first quest, join a Circle, take Calibration, attend an event, add the Pass to your wallet. 14-day window. Completion earns Root Badge, which unlocks the full ecosystem. The name signals what is happening: not signing up but putting down roots.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Root Badge**</mark>\
The first and most significant badge in the WFC system. Earned by completing the Rooting experience. Unlocks the full Mighty Networks sidebar: Wildlands, all Circles, Vault, Pods, and governance participation. The moment the world reveals its depth. Before Root Badge, the member sees a simplified view designed to orient without overwhelming.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**S**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Sage**</mark>\
One of five archetypes. Sub-types: Mentor, Scholar, Teacher. Sages hold knowledge lightly and see patterns across time. They teach by presence as much as by instruction. Their shadow is withholding wisdom out of perfectionism or retreating into observation when the village needs their voice.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Season**</mark>\
One of four temporal containers in the Macro Rhythm. Seeding (planting, beginning), Tending (nurturing, sustaining), Harvest (gathering, integrating), Stillness (resting, releasing). Each Season spans approximately three months and carries a distinct energetic theme that shapes programming, quest design, Circle focus, and collective rhythm.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Seasonal Rhythm**</mark>\
See Season. One of three commitment rhythms in Wildflower Club. A quarterly membership cycle aligned with a single Season. The most accessible entry point. A member on Seasonal Rhythm experiences one full arc of the Macro Rhythm before deciding whether to continue.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Seed**</mark>\
The first of five Stages within any Wildlands Domain. A member at Seed is encountering the Domain's territory for the first time. Everything is orientation, first contact, and initial practice. No prerequisites. The place every member begins in every Domain, regardless of external expertise. What she knows elsewhere does not determine where she starts here.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Seed Pass**</mark>\
A one-time 30-day threshold crossing. Not a membership tier but a bounded entry experience for those exploring whether Wildflower Club is the right fit. Provides limited access to the ecosystem: Gateway, a selection of open quests, Spark Calibration, and one Circle session. Designed to give enough contact for a real decision, not enough to substitute for membership.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Seeding**</mark>\
The first of four Seasons. A period of planting intentions, beginning new practices, and initiating what will be tended and harvested in the seasons ahead. The energy is generative and exploratory. The village starts together. Followed by Tending.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Soma**</mark>\
The first of eight Wildlands Domains. The territory of the body: nervous system regulation, movement, breath, sensation, rest, and the capacity to inhabit physical experience fully. Soma is placed first because the inside-out principle begins with the body. Everything else builds on what the body can hold.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**South**</mark>\
The third of four Compass directions. Represents Insight: self-knowledge, reflection, emotional awareness, and the capacity to witness one's own patterns without being captured by them. South-heavy development produces introspection without action. Balanced with North, East, and West for integrated growth.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Sovereignty Over Direction**</mark>\
The first of seven Charter Principles. When member autonomy and organizational guidance conflict, Wildflower Club chooses autonomy. The world cultivates conditions. It does not direct outcomes. Every system, mechanic, and structure serves the member's agency, not the organization's control.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Spark**</mark>\
The public, lightweight version of Wildflower Calibration. Available to anyone, including non-members. Produces a simplified Compass reading that offers a first glimpse of developmental patterns across the four directions. Designed as a threshold instrument: meaningful enough to create curiosity, limited enough to leave room for the Deep Dive.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Stage**</mark>\
One of five levels of developmental depth within each Wildlands Domain. Seed, Root, Stem, Bloom, Canopy. Stages are not ranks. They describe the quality of a member's relationship with the Domain's territory. Progression is completion-based and competency-based, never automatic. A member may be at different Stages in different Domains simultaneously.

Stages describe depth of relationship with a Domain, not rank among members. A woman at Seed in Soma and Bloom in Voice is not behind in one and ahead in the other. She has spent more time in one territory. That is all.

There is no optimal pace. There is no correct Stage to reach by any point in time. Some members will spend years at Root in a Domain that asks more of them than they expected. Others will move to Stem quickly in a Domain where life has already done much of the teaching. Both patterns are legitimate. Neither is better.

The structure exists because development without orientation becomes aimless. Stages give a member language for where she is and what the next terrain looks like. They let Culture Keepers meet her where she actually stands rather than guessing. They make quest design possible by distinguishing between what serves someone at Seed and what serves someone at Bloom.

But the moment Stages become a ladder, they have failed. If a member feels pressure to advance, shame about where she is, or competition with where someone else is, that is a signal the culture has drifted from its design. Stages serve sovereignty. The moment they undermine it, the village needs to notice and correct.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Stem**</mark>\
The third of five Stages within any Wildlands Domain. A member at Stem has established foundational capacity and is building toward fluency. Practice becomes more self-directed. The transition from following structured Pathways to navigating with increasing autonomy. Follows Root. Precedes Bloom.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Step**</mark>\
The smallest unit within a Quest. A single action, reflection, or relational task that a member completes as part of the quest sequence. Steps are concrete and completable: do this, write this, bring this question to your Pod. The granularity that makes quests achievable within real life constraints.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Stewardship Council**</mark>\
The primary governance formation of Wildflower Club. Holds decision-making authority during Phase 1 (steward-ownership). Composed of founding team members initially, with progressive transfer of seats to elected members and Culture Keepers as the cooperative matures through governance phases.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Stillness**</mark>\
The fourth of four Seasons. A period of rest, release, and integration. The village slows collectively. Programming is minimal. The emphasis is on what does not need to happen. Stillness is not absence. It is the season where the deepest integration occurs because the pressure to produce is removed. Followed by Seeding, beginning the cycle again.

A premium physical product available in Commons. Five items: a structured bouclé meditation cushion, a hand-poured candle in unglazed ceramic, a brass snuffer, an organic linen ground cloth, and a printed guide with video. Designed to help a member establish one quiet corner in her home. Created in partnership with aligned brands

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**T**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Tender**</mark>\
One of five archetypes. Sub-types: Embodied, Relational, Guardian. Tenders hold space, tend relationships, and ground the village in warmth and care. They are trusted immediately and often carry more emotional labor than is visible. Their shadow is self-erasure in service of others.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Tending**</mark>\
The second of four Seasons. A period of nurturing what was planted during Seeding. Sustained practice, deepening Circle relationships, and the patient work of building capacity. The energy is steady rather than initiatory. Followed by Harvest.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Theory of Change**</mark>\
The causal logic beneath everything WFC builds. Defined in Living Charter Section 7 using a ten-component methodology developed internally as part of the broader Lumeon Labs research practice. Components include Narrative Diagnosis, Lived Future, Ecosystem Map, Evolution Pathways, Assumptions as Living Hypotheses, and Productive Tensions. <mark style="color:$primary;">**Threshold Pass**</mark>\
See Seed Pass. The bounded entry experience for prospective members. The name emphasizes the symbolic dimension: crossing a threshold is not subscribing to a service. It is stepping into a space to see whether it holds you.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Token**</mark>\
A unit of value within the WFC economy. Two types: Nectar (primary value token, circulating) and reputation tokens (Kin, Gnosis, Oikos) which are earned and non-transferable. Tokens make contribution visible and enable the regenerative value flow. They are recognition instruments, not currency in the extractive sense.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**U**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Universal Circle**</mark>\
One of eight Circles that correspond directly to the eight Wildlands Domains. Universal Circles exist from the founding of the ecosystem and are open to all members. They are the primary relational containers for Domain-specific practice, facilitated by Culture Keepers. Distinct from member-created Circles, which form organically around shared interest or identity.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Voice**</mark>\
The sixth of eight Wildlands Domains. The territory of expression: speaking truth, writing, storytelling, creative communication, public presence, and the capacity to claim space with language. Voice practice develops the ability to say what is real without performing and to be heard without forcing.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">**W**</mark> <a href="#a" id="a"></a>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Weaver**</mark>\
One of five archetypes. Sub-types: Integrator, Connector, Translator. Weavers bridge worlds, hold complexity, and create connection between people and ideas that would otherwise remain separate. Their shadow is over-functioning as the glue, becoming invisible in the very connections they make possible.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**West**</mark>\
The fourth of four Compass directions. Represents Connection: culture, community, relational practice, and the capacity to learn and grow through encounter with others. West-heavy development produces belonging without personal depth. Balanced with North, East, and South for integrated growth.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Wild Kit**</mark>\
The member's field pack. Four forms: Universal (digital, all members), Physical (annual and partner rhythm members), Seasonal Drops (quarterly additions aligned with the current Season), and Personal Collection (future, accumulated artifacts reflecting the member's unique journey). The Kit evolves as the member evolves. It is inventory, not merchandise.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Wildflower Calibration**</mark>\
See Calibration. The navigational and diagnostic instrument of WFC. Two versions: Spark (public) and Deep Dive (member). Uses the Compass framework and a Systems Theory model (Inputs, Processing, Outputs) to reveal four developmental patterns: Burnout, Stagnation, Fragmentation, and Flow. Designed for quarterly recalibration producing a longitudinal developmental record.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Wildflower Fund**</mark>\
See Fund. The single transparent financial structure. All revenue in, six categories out. The circulatory system of the cooperative's economy. Transparency is not a feature. It is the principle that makes cooperative ownership meaningful rather than nominal.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Wildflower Pass**</mark>\
The digital membership card. Lives in Apple or Google Wallet via PassEntry. Functions: identity verification, belonging signal, progression visualization (badges and Stage indicators update on the pass), push notifications for seasonal transitions and events, and access activation. The bridge between the digital ecosystem and everyday life. The Pass enters a resting state when a member pauses, reactivates on return.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Wildlands**</mark>\
The second of three architectural layers. The living landscape of practice. Eight Domains, each containing five Stages of developmental depth, organized into Pathways containing Quests. Wildlands is not a curriculum. It is a territory to be explored. A member navigates it the way she would navigate a landscape: with orientation from the Compass, guidance from Culture Keepers, companionship from her Circle and Pod, and sovereignty over where she goes and how fast she moves.
